We are looking for an Inside Sales Account Manager – Norway to join our team at Axis Communications!
As Inside Account Manager you will be actively approaching, establishing and developing the relationship with current and new partners. The Inside Account Manager will answer client queries and identify new business opportunities among existing customers in Norway. In this role, you will liaise with cross-functional internal teams (including Marketing, Training, Sales Engineering and R&D departments) to improve the entire customer experience.
This role is a temporary role covering for parental leave, starting asap and until the end of the year 2025. This role reports to the Territory Sales Manager – Norway, Finland & Denmark.

The role in brief:
This role is office-based in Moss, with flexibility to work from home.
Being a bearer of our company cultureResponsible for driving sales in your specific territory together with your country team.Responsible of recruiting new partners within your territory and make sure they reach sales quotasKey member of the Nordic team and our Northern Europe region as a whole.Identifying, building and maintaining profitable relationships with resellers, IT and Security integrators, and channel distributorsDevelop opportunities together with our partners based on Axis or Axis development partner’s solutionsEducate the channel on Axis products, tools and valuesEncourage companies to enroll in Axis partner programs, and drive the growth of active partnersOperating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your accountsEnsure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectivesDevelop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotasForecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)Visit and participate at certain fairs, exhibitions or key partners to meet partners, develop opportunities and work more closely to the market in your territory.Who are we looking for?
