Position Summary
The Inside Sales Analyst is responsible for day-to-day sales and marketing support functions, such as brand/wholesale analysis, opportunity entry, operations changes, problem resolution, and customer service. This position is responsible for developing and building relationships with both internal and external marketing stakeholders. The Analyst works closely with the Territory Managers and Region Business Supervisor to ensure that customer needs are met, and works to ensure that all customer supply questions, quotes, and analyses are done in an accurate and timely manner. The ideal candidate has the ability to build customer relationships through communication and responsiveness and strives for 100% customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Enters operations changes in SalesForce.
Inputs site gridding.
Reviews current SalesForce accounts and opportunities.
Completes customer case entries and follow ups in SalesForce.
Responds to and follows up with Authorization Analyst requests.
Handles customer comments and complaints.
Manages the full administrative cycle of SalesForce opportunities:
Handles Initial Analysis support
Handles analysis modifications and updates throughout negotiation
Enters SalesForce meeting notes/contact info as needed
SalesForce Opportunity creation and submission
Interfaces with Authorization Analysts on RightAngle deal entry review
Interfaces with legal on contract drafting and Review
Maintains SalesForce opportunities statuses
Conducts post audits
Responsible for customer communication/requests.
Works with scheduling/pricing, to communicate any disruption or changes in supply to field and customer base in timely fashion.
Manages customer allocation and Exhibit A performance.
Supports west brand forecast activities.
Manages the west brand jobber TVA/TCA program.
Submits/Responds to requests in Allocation Manager.
Assists Territory Managers in underlift reviews.
Handles carrier setup.
Handles Customer Rebills.
Supports Region Business Supervisor.
Serves as a point of contact for Territory Managers, Region Supervisor, scheduling, pricing, and customer supply.
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or other related discipline required or five (5) years of experience in lieu.
Two (2) or more years of experience in Analytics, Pricing, Fuel Marketing Sales, Revenue and Profitability Management, or other related experience required.
Knowledge of Commercial systems such as RightAngle, Salesforce, Allocation Manager, SAP/Fiori, nVision, PowerBI, and Tableau preferred.
