Your Role

THE MISSIONThe inside sales role will leverage current and potential clients to increase sales and establish strong long term relationships with our customer network. You will provide high quality and accurate quotes in response to customer requests, you will track and follow up on all leads and quotes actively selling/promoting products to convert quotes to orders.You will be expected to think and act both strategically and tactically: from the creation of plans, to hands on execution. You must be a self-starter and comfortable with a dynamic working environment. You must be able to formulate strategies and plans that are backed, validated and monitored by data-based analysis.The ideal candidate will have experience in inside sales as well as individual experience with outbound marketing, particularly telemarketing.RESPONSIBILITIESRespond to time sensitive leads to qualify the lead and the customer’s requirements and level of interestClose qualified inside sales leads directly or reassign the lead to the outside sales team as neededWork with the credit and order entry team to process customer ordersAssist in creating and executing marketing campaigns based on market research activities to grow the inside sales channelDirectly contact customersWork closely with the product marketing and communications team to develop marketing material (brochures, videos, testimonials, etc.) to promote our products to our customersPerform market research to maintain a deep understanding of consumer needs and trendsReview competitor products and offerings to understand the competitive landscape and properly explain the value of Atlas Copco productsOther tasks as assigned.

 
To succeed, you will need  

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTSeducationBachelor’s degree – Marketing, Business Administration, International Business, Engineering or equivalent of 1+ years in a marketing / business operations rolePreferred SkillsMust be result-oriented with a drive to successful collaboration with all stakeholders – internal and externalStrong ability to learn new systems and with a desire to explore and continuously develop and learnAbility to lead and influence diverse people to achieve common goalsData driven with the ability to produce and present data to high quality standardsProficient with MS Office 365 products – with emphasis on Excel and PowerPointGood communication skills, knowledge sharing and promoting of new ideas and methodsProficient with a CRM system and working experience with ERP systems, preferably SAPGood command of spoken and written English and very well-developed presentation skillsProactive and positive attitudePrior management experience is a plus
