Handle all calls and requests for information in a professional manner while working accurately and timely in a deadline-oriented environment. Coordinates with outside sales force, production, shipping, mill management and metallurgist to sell product and service customers. Coordinate mill scheduling of shipments with appropriate departments. Provide timely status updates to customers. Enter customer orders timely and accurately with attention to detail. Must be able to work scheduled/unscheduled overtime.
