Inside Sales Biotech Account Manager- Inchinnan- Glasgow

We have an exciting opportunity for an individual with a strong work ethic and motivation to join our team as an Inside Sales Biotech Account Manager at Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. in Glasgow, UK.

As an Inside Sales Biotech Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and building relationships with our valued biotech customers. You will have the opportunity to work with a world-class team, develop your sales skills, and contribute to the success of our ambitious sales targets.

This role is 4 days based from our Inchinnan Glasgow Site & 1 day remote

25% UK Travel & Occasional Sweden visits

Responsibilities:Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the biotech industryFoster and nurture strong relationships with a diverse range of customersCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure flawless execution of sales strategies and initiativesProvide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfactionSuccessfully manage and grow a portfolio of key accountsConduct market research to determine customer needs and preferencesPrepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective customersMonitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growthStrictly adhere to company policies and procedures in all sales activitiesRequirements:Bachelor's degree in a Science relevant field.1-2 years Consistent track record of success in sales, preferably in the biotech industryExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong negotiation and persuasion abilitiesHighly organized with exceptional attention to detailAbility to work independently and as part of a teamProficient in using CRM software and other sales toolsAmbitious and self-motivated with a passion for achieving sales targets
