Direct Hire position$50,000.00 /annuallyFirst Shift (Monday through Friday)Source new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls and emailsProspect call preparation including company background research and other pertinent lead informationResponsible for building, developing, and retaining customers necessary to drive a high-performance sales teamEstablish and manage customer requirements, including quote follow-ups and pro-expedite purchase ordersIdentify customer's buying trends and provide reports to managementEnter, update, and maintain information on leads, prospects, and opportunitiesExamine ways to offer practical, creative alternatives that increase CAVCO’s chances of successfully closing orders at higher marginsInside Sales & CAD Specialist Qualifications:
At least 1 - 3 years of sales experience (preferred but not required)Must have experience in CAD programsBeing able to do material take-offs from ISO drawings and blueprints is requiredExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to multi-task, organize, and prioritize workSense of urgency, high energy with high accountabilityBe available and responsive immediately when neededStrong computer skills utilizing Microsoft Office 365Must be a team player with the ability to work with cross-functional teams to achieve common goalApplicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
