We are seeking an Inside Sales Consultant to join a leading wholesale distributor in the Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, and Lighting products industry in Canada. This established company is expanding and looking for a motivated individuals to become part of their team. As an Inside Sales Consultant, you’ll play a key role in delivering excellent customer service while growing alongside a stable and thriving business in a high-demand sector.

Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the main point of contact for walk-in and phone customers, providing information on products, pricing, promotions, and delivery options to contractors and customers. Accurately enter orders into the company’s ERP system in a timely manner. Resolve customer concerns or complaints professionally and efficiently. Conduct inventory checks for customers and across other company locations. Assist with shipping and receiving duties as required.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in HVAC, Plumbing or Electrical products and supplies, or prior Inside Sales experience in a related field. Knowledge of above products and their practical applications. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients. Team-oriented and able to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment. Proficiency with general computer programs.
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 annually Candidates with more experience and higher salary expectations are also encouraged to apply.
