Inside Sales Consultant (Telesales) I Toronto, ON **Hybrid** Contract Our client is a leading accounting and tax software provider in search of an **Inside Sales Consultant (Telesales)** based in Toronto, ON, Canada M5V 2H6. This position will be a Chat focused role - will call customers once the lead is processed. The role will be a 12-month contract engagement. You will have the opportunity to work a **hybrid schedule** of 2 days onsite (Tue and Thu) / 3 days remote. **Description** As an inside sales representative, you will be responsible for consulting with customers (B2B), building relationships, and helping the organization understand how their needs align to Intuits ecosystem so that we deliver awesome and help them grow their business. **Top 3 skills** : 1. Prior sales background 2. Pipeline management 3. Computer proficiency **What you'll bring:** + 2 years of Sales Experience (B2B preferred) + Experience using consultative selling strategies and managing a pipeline + Ability to uncover customer challenges through customer discovery + Self-motivated with a high attention to detail and ability to multitask + An unwavering positive attitude, strong drive for results, and the ability to deal with ambiguity + Be open to receiving feedback and applying and integrating the feedback in an effort to improve results + Excellent verbal and written communication skills. **What you will do:** + Engage with small business prospects and customers over live chat. + Uncover business challenges, inefficiencies and opportunities and align to the capabilities of Intuits product ecosystem. + Work with customers over multiple touchpoints communicating by both phone and email. + Maintain impeccable data hygiene in all business systems. + Work cross functionally with other Intuit teams to solve customer problems. + Provide valuable feedback to internal stakeholders to help improve team operations.
