JOB FUNCTION:
1. The position sells Porta Kleen services directly to potential and existing customers.
2. The position requires one to identify all potential customers and sell Porta Kleen services applicable to each customer.
3. This position requires maintaining and increasing an assigned book of business.
4. This position requires identifying new projects and opportunities.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Perform initial and lead calls to various levels of client organization within many key market segments.
2. Capture conditional commitments and appointments for demonstration of equipment.
3. Use various media; identify potential customers that are consistent with the company’s market and business objective.
4. Assist area sales managers in securing appointments and quote opportunities.
5. Identify and track contractors, decision makers, board members etc. for upcoming construction projects.
6. Maintain high level of organization and familiarity with major opportunities and market players.
7. Build or assist in building formal quotes when required.
8. Assist Porta Kleen Director of Sales and Marketing Analyst in ad hoc duties.
9. Research the market for new competitive products introduced and the marketing strategies adopted by competitors.
10. Interact with customers, executives, and members of the sales team.
11. Troubleshooting and problem solving
12. Ability to manage responsibilities and priorities in a fast paced, competitive industry.
13. Participate in Management meetings.
14. Use ZoomInfo and other tools to verify and identify opportunities and potential customers.
15. Must possess the desire to lead.
16. Performs other duties as directed.

QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Bachelor’s Degree. An emphasis on Sales and Marketing is preferred.
2. Seeking a position in industrial sales (markets include construction, manufacturing, events, disaster relief, oil and gas)
3. Candidates should have proficiency with standard MS Office applications and will agree to proficiency test prior to offer being extended.
4. Candidates should be forward thinking and have a strong willingness to learn all aspects of the business in a fast-paced environment.
