Our company is looking for a motivated and well-spoken inside sales representative to join our inside sales team. The inside sales representative will be responsible for developing new leads, communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process. You should be able to close sales and meet targets.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of the sales process and dynamics and be able to build instant rapport and achieve customer satisfaction. A top inside sales representative should also be very competitive, a good listener, and have superb interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

As an Inside Sales Coordinator you will provide support to the entire sales team by assisting with information gathering to assess markets and customers, as well as processing internal data to monitor and report sales activity, CRM opportunities, quotes, orders, sales forecasts, gross margin, etc.  In addition, this role will support marketing activities by maintaining a database of customer applications and gathering information for developing case studies and coordinating other sales and marketing activities.  This role may also perform proactive selling of spare parts.

Perform market research to identify potential new customers and/or new contacts with existing customers.Coordinate and communicate with Sales team leadership and with account managers to provide data and information to assist in revenue generating activities.Maintain the Installation Database to track customer applications and assist with Case Study development.Export data from ERP system to provide reports for Quotes, Orders, Gross Margin, etc.Assist with updating monthly sales forecasting toolEnsure data integrity and manage sales activities and pipeline within the CRM database.Provide CRM reports and coordinate with sales management to ensure Sales team is using CRM system properlyCapitalize on available technological advances and BI reports to effectively communicate, drive business, and enhance the sales process.Improve customer experience by striving to understand and anticipate needs and expectations, proactively providing clear and honest communication, and ensuring data entry accuracy.Assist with proactive sales of spare parts.Assist Contracts team with contract renewal process and pricing negotiations. Participate in one-to-one, team, divisional, and company meetings and initiatives.Adhere to company, divisional, and department best practices to ensure and facilitate financial and data integrity, and sales and customer service processes.Contribute to positive Company branding by projecting a knowledgeable, professional, and customer-oriented image to customers.

Schedule and Work Location considerations:

8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to FridayAfter core trainings have been completed, Monday-Thursdays in office, Fridays work from home.  This schedule is subject to change and candidate must be available to work in office Monday – Friday.Must have appropriate accommodations for productive and efficient remote work (high-speed internet, quiet work area suitable for taking customer calls).

Experience

Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in inside sales and customer service required.Previous experience in a fast-paced environment with quote generation required.Must be proficient with database management and extracting and processing data to generate reports.Minimum 3-5 years’ experience with CRMs and ERPs (C4C, Salesforce, SAP, Oracle or similar) required.Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) with a minimum typing speed of 50 WPM required.Must be comfortable performing high volume, repetitive tasks with accurate data entry skills.

Must have excellent oral, written, and verbal communication skills.Strong customer focus demonstrated by an attitude of service, excellent organizational and collaboration skills, as well as proactive follow-up habits.Demonstrate and promote a focus on team and team culture through collaboration, support, and internal customer satisfaction.Ability to manage personal energy and stress levels while exercising your problem-solving, multi-tasking, and time management skills.Develop a personal work system that enables you to work efficiently with minimal supervision both as an individual contributor as well as part of a team.Must be a self-starter with ability to achieve weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual goals and targets.
