Job DescriptionAct as the first line technical representative to customers during initial contact and qualify customer needs.Follow-up on all aspects of requests, both written and verbally.Match products and services to customer requirements.Actively seek and identify leads using various sources such as the internet, referrals, industry articles, and associations.Nurture and grow the existing customer base; negotiate and close sales.Implement yearly sales budgets and strive to exceed results in terms of sales, pricing, margin management, and portfolio leverage at existing and new accounts.Perform proactive, outbound sales activities such as post-sales customer follow-up and promotional campaigns to existing customers, prospects, and leads.Maintain lead and customer data/records, including updating all activities, contacts, and correspondence within internal sales tools (CRM).Handle high-volume customer contact via phone and email.Essential SkillsAccount managementCustomer serviceData entryAdditional Skills & QualificationsBachelor's Degree or above in Sales or Business-related field or equivalent experienceExcellent customer service, organizational, and negotiating skillsGood written and verbal communication skillsExcellent telephone communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office products, internet, CRM or SalesforceAnalytical skillsAbility to work both independently and as a team player in a close-knit sales teamFull proficiency in EnglishWork Environment
5 days onsite in Clifton. Will report into the sales team. The work environment is collaborative and supportive, with a focus on high-quality customer interactions.
