Inside Sales Coordinator
Our client, a leader in the agriculture space, is looking for an Inside Sales Coordinator to join their team in their Nisku office. This office is a start up environment, passionate about sustainability, and target clients include landscaping organizations, vineyards, municipalities, farmers etc. This dynamic role combines sales, coordination, and administrative duties. You'll be a key player in driving sales success, supporting the team, and ensuring smooth operational processes!

Responsibilities:
1. Inside Sales:
Qualify leads, follow up on prospects, and manage customer relationships.Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.Conduct sales outreach, support tradeshow lead follow-ups, and maintain customer satisfaction.2. Sales Coordination:
Process and track orders, ensuring timely delivery and clear communication.Support the sales team with scheduling, document preparation, and event coordination.Assist with marketing efforts, including social media and material preparation.Oversee soil sample tracking, invoicing, and shipment information.3. Administrative Support:
Manage CRM systems, data entry, and sales reports.Maintain organized sales documents and inventory coordination.Answer incoming calls professionally and courteously.Qualifications:Minimum 3 years of experience in sales coordination or related administration role.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot).Strong verbal and written communication skills.Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.Tech-savvy, adaptable, and solutions-oriented.Background in agriculture or horticulture is an asset.
