We are looking for an extraordinary employee to join their growing team. This position fulfills the role of key contact to customers within the Alberta region. The technical inside sales representative will support the outside sales team and develop and foster relationships with customers as it relates to sales and customer service. Facilitating communication in all areas within the company is essential in looking after the customer’s needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Responding to and processing incoming calls and orders Entering orders into system Developing knowledge base on current products and new products Providing quotations and product information Troubleshooting (freight problems, expediting etc.) Responding to inquiries Maintain excellent logs and conduct scheduled updates with the sales team Collaborate closely with and provide feedback to other team members to drive results and portfolio growth Administrative responsibilities as requiredDesired Skills and Experience:
A minimum of 2-4 years experience in an inside sales and customer service role Postsecondary education or diploma in a technical field is ideal A background or experience in the industrial sector is a definite asset A new grad from a technical post secondary program will also be considered A background in selling industrial and commercial products is an asset. Demonstrated proficient use of CRM AND ERP (Salesforce and SAP) is an asset Knowledge of Microsoft Office required Strong team player with the willingness to be involved in multiple aspects of the business Must have a valid driver’s license and clean criminal backgroundRemuneration for this position will consist of a base salary of $60-65K in addition to an annual company profit share (typically 20%) in addition to a full benefit program including RRSP matching.
