This entry to mid-level sales position will be responsible for providing world class customer service through exceptional responsiveness to customer inquiries, negotiating favorable terms, managing existing customer base, and the development of new relationships.

What You Will Do:

Provide timely responses to customer request for quote via email, phone, or inventory listing portals

Liaise with peers and leadership to understand market pricing dynamics to capture sales

Achieve sales and capture rate targets as set by management

Validate customer purchase orders against standard and negotiated terms

Interacts with the customer prior to and after the sale to develop and maintain positive partner relationships.

Works to recognize growth opportunities for assigned accounts by understanding customer’s operating needs to proactively stock inventory to meet future demand

Periodic travel to both customers & trade shows to deliver Intertrade’s value proposition

Provide AOG (Aircraft on Ground) component support

Identify brokering opportunities to enhance customer relationships & maximize sales output

What You Will Learn:

Qualifications You Must Have:

Typically requires a University Degree and less than 2 years prior relevant experience or in absence of a degree, 6 years of relevant experience

Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future. RTX will not offer sponsorship for this position

Experience utilizing Microsoft 365

Qualifications We Prefer:

Hybrid to Cedar Rapids, IA candidate must be local to the preferred location

Prior sales or customer service experience

Aviation aftermarket/surplus sales

Experience providing customer support

Clear written and verbal communication skills

The salary range for this role is 55,000 USD - 107,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
