Inside Sales Manager, Colombia & Peru

ABOUT THE ROLE AND OUR TEAM

We are looking for an Inside Sales Manager for the Colombian & Peruvian market. The ideal person has to bring experience in B2B selling, as well as have good listening skills, an understanding of customer needs, and strong team leadership skills. We would like to have a person who is passionate about sales and who can offer our clients a quality digital service.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead and develop the Inside Sales team, fostering a high-performance culture; Drive customer loyalty by managing the customer renewal portfolio and ensuring client satisfaction; Negotiate, monitor, and finalize contractual agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms; Continuously assess and improve sales processes, strategies, and team performance to meet and exceed sales targets.

REQUIREMENTS

2+ years of B2B sales team management experience Domain of Google Docs, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Advanced English level Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to manage, motivate, and grow the team Resolute and initiative person Results-oriented analysis based on concrete actions Experience monitoring performance indicators
