Position Overview:

In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing effective sales strategies, building a high-performance team through recruitment and coaching, and setting and achieving ambitious sales targets.Your focus will be on refining sales pitches, closing business and activating, providing ongoing training and mentorship, and ensuring operational excellence.You’ll work closely with the Vice President of Sales, actively monitoring sales analytics to improve decision-making and identify new opportunities.


Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing inside sales team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals in the merchant services sector.Performance Management: Monitor team performance through KPIs, providing regular feedback, coaching, and development opportunities.Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring exceptional service and support.Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning in the merchant services industry.Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure alignment and enhance customer satisfaction.Reporting: Utilize HubSpot CRM to prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasting, and team metrics for senior management.Training & Development: Organize ongoing training sessions to keep the team updated on industry changes, product offerings, and sales techniques.


Requirements and Skills:

Results-driven mindset.5 Years Experience in building and leading Merchant Services sales teams.Proven track record of achieving ambitious targets and quotas.Experience selling in the SMB market.Proficiency in IRIS or similar CRM.Bi-Lingual in Spanish (required).


Compensation:

This is a full time W-2 position.Base salary of $70-$80k per year.Quarterly bonuses and vested residuals.On target earning potential of $150-$165k per year after vested residuals.
