The Inside Sales Manager will be responsible for leading, managing and coaching a team of inside sales account managers. This role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, monitoring performance, and ensuring the team meets sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in inside sales account management, excellent leadership and coaching skills, and a passion for driving results.
This role will require 5 day a week attendance to our London office.
Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of inside sales account managers to achieve sales targets and objectives.Develop and implement effective sales strategies and processes to drive revenue growth.Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance reviews.Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop and execute sales campaigns.Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention by maintaining strong relationships with key clients.Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team.Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Proven experience in an inside sales environment.Strong leadership and coaching skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Advantages: knowledge of additional languages and Tech savvy
