Job Summary:
This role involves leveraging in-depth product knowledge to effectively communicate the value proposition to customers and inside sales peers. Collaboration with outside sales and extended resource team to position and promote workstation products with customers and resellers, to drive revenue growth, meet targets, and contribute to the organization's overall sales strategy.
Responsibilities
• Develops a deep understanding of the products or services offered, stay up to date with new features and enhancements, and effectively communicate their value propositions to customers.
• Manages and updates CRM systems or sales tracking tools to document interactions, track leads' progress, and ensure the sales process is efficiently managed.
• Provides regular sales reports and updates to supervisors, detailing progress, challenges, and opportunities, while also analyzing sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Key tasks include, complex configuration support, pricing guidance and approval, researching technical details, collaborating on bids and differentiated proposals, driving total customer satisfaction.
• Stays informed about industry trends, competitors, and market developments to collaborate on sales strategies and to better position the workstation offerings
• Collaborates with marketing, customer support, and product teams to gather information, address customer inquiries, and provide feedback on customer needs and preferences.
Education & Experience Recommended
• High School Diploma/General Education Diploma (GED)/Higher Secondary education or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 2-3 years of related work experience, preferably in inside sales or tele sales, or a related field.
The on-target earnings (OTE) range for this role is $26.44 to $36.05 per hour, with a 60/40 (salary/incentive) mix . There are additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
