JOB SUMMARY: The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for selling corporate products or services through the achievement of opportunity-based sales quotas. This position will reach business targets through excellent in-person and telephone communication skills. This individual will work with customer and make calls to inform customers of current promotions, and they will act as a resource for equipment knowledge to the customer. JOB QUALIFICATIONS: + A high school diploma or equivalent is required. + A college degree in a related field is preferred. + Must have at least two years of sales or customer service experience. + Ability to quote and close sales is required. KEY COMPETENCIES: + Experience and knowledge of sales skills necessary to sell a premium priced product. + Maintains knowledge of Caterpillar and Ohio CAT products and options. + Strong verbal and written communication skills. + Must possess the ability to assess customer needs and evaluate customer satisfaction.
