We are seeking an Inside Sales representative to support our Colors- Food division. Your mission is to create demand generation with existing and new customers through a proactive and dedicated approach, mainly via direct telephone/online contact with customers and occasional field visits to key accounts.

What you’ll do:

You will play a key role in qualifying customer information, maintaining a sales pipeline, implementing sales strategies, pricing, preparing quotations, communicating appropriate information to management, and maintaining related records and customer files. You will focus on, initiate, and maintain sales and service with existing and potential customers for our food color markets in Canada. You will work cross-functionally with our R&D, Commercial, Operational and Service teams. 

What you’ll bring:

A bachelor’s degree. Excellent interpersonal communication skills, combined with strong technical acumen. Professional work experience preferably within a sales role. Strong project management and customer service skills, accompanied with a track record of achieving or exceeding goals. Preferred experience in CRM/Salesforce a plus.
