Inside Sales Representative I
As an Inside Sales Representative I here at Honeywell, you\nwill play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and meeting sales targets\nfor Honeywell Industrial Automation. Your responsibilities will include\nmanaging, developing, and executing sales strategies, and building strong\nrelationships with customers. Your expertise in inside sales and customer\nrelationship management will directly impact the company's sales performance\nand contribute to its overall business success. You will report directly to our\nSales Manager and you'll work out of our Bucharest, Romania location on a\nhybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the company by driving\nrevenue growth and contributing to the company's financial success. Your\nability to build strong relationships with customers and meet sales targets\nwill position Honeywell as a trusted partner and drive the company's growth and\ncompetitiveness in the market.
Key responsibilities:
Preparing the renewal quotations (offers) and sending them to the designated customer contacts, 90 days prior to the ongoing contract expiration date.Following the escalation process for non-responsive or negative renewal feedback, 30 days prior the expiration date.Generate the monthly assigned number of leads for EOC/EOS units via SFDCProvide and maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction, utilizing problem solving skills to bring resolution to all requests/inquiries/complaints.Provide customers with requested reports and information by email or telephone in a timely and professional manner.Joining and actively participating in the Renewal Pipeline Meeting, discussing ongoing renewals, sharing feedback and updates and establishing approaches and strategies to bring in the revenue.Key requirements:
+2 years of Inside Sales or Customer-oriented role backgroundExcellent MS Office skills (mandatory), SAP/SalesForce (nice to have)Proficient English Speaker (mandatory), Italian Speaker (nice to have)Excellent Interpersonal and communication SkillsBachelor’s degree or equivalentOur offer:
