As an Inside Sales Representative II for the Matrikon business\nunit, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and meeting sales\ntargets for Matrikon. Your responsibilities will include contributing to and\nexecuting sales strategies, and building strong relationships with customers. To that end, we are seeking a highly motivated\nand detail-oriented Technical Support Contract (AMR) Seller to drive the sales\nof annual maintenance and subscription contracts for our market-leading\noff-the-shelf OPC software products.
This position will focus on offering support contracts to our\nvalued customers and channels across the EMEA and APAC regions. The ideal\ncandidate will possess a strong understanding of and ability to articulate, the\nvalue of our technical support offering including the various aspects of the\nprogram and why maintaining support is recommended for all customers.
You will report directly to our Sales Manager and you’ll\nwork out of our Bucharest, Romania location on a Hybrid work schedule. The\ncandidate must be able to handle a high volume pipeline and be able to work\nindependently.
In\nthis role, you will impact the company by driving revenue growth and\ncontributing to the company's financial success. Your ability to build strong\nrelationships with customers and meet sales targets will position Honeywell as\na trusted partner and drive the company's growth and competitiveness in the\nmarket.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in inside salesProven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growthStrong communication and negotiation abilitiesAbility to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholdersBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related fieldPassion for sales and achieving results, strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamicsOur offer:
