As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our Account Managers with crafting tailored proposals and driving incremental business growth through strategic initiatives. Key responsibilities
Collaborate with Account Managers to develop and refine sales proposals. Identify and pursue sales opportunities to drive incremental growth. Manage customer queries and provide detailed product/service information. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of market trends and competitor activity. Ensure CRM tools are updated with accurate customer and pipeline information. Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to understand product offerings and sales techniques thoroughly. Work closely with the technical team to ensure accurate and feasible solutions are proposed to customers.Must Have Skills
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in inside sales, customer service, or a related field, preferably in the industrial or technological sectors. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English; proficiency in Swedish or another Scandinavian language is a requirement. Ability to understand technical products and solutions. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
