Inside Sales Representative
Make a difference. The Inside Sales Representative will perform various duties to ensure all customers receive technical assistance, proper merchandise, and excellent customer service, primarily over the telephone or internet. **In this role you will** : + Assist coworkers with a team mentality and can-do attitude. + Assist customers and co-workers with providing on-time, quality proposals and supporting documentation before and after the sale. + Assist customers with respect to technical support, locating material, and handling all aspects of order generation. (quotes, orders, order status, tracking, etc.) + Assist in providing support to outside sales staff, generating and entering quotes, expediting purchase orders, working sales calling queues, generating and entering customer sales orders. + Download and compile submittal information for project business and day-to-day product clarification. + Develop and maintain relationships with vendors. + Participate in team meetings and training opportunities with key vendors. + Negotiate pricing and order terms with vendors on behalf of the company. + Issue, and if required, revise vendor purchase orders. + Manage customer change orders. + Project management (manage and maintain orders based on project schedules) **What you bring to the table:** + High school diploma or GED **Shift and Hours:** Monday through Friday - 8 am to 5 pm **Compensation Details:** The expected starting rate of pay for this position is $24.00 per hour, depending on experience.
