Inside Sales Representative

ABOUT THE JOB

We are currently looking for an inside Sales Representative for a mid-sized metal products manufacturing unit in Mississauga. The inside Sales Representative(ISR) role is to enhance the customer experience by providing timely technical information and pricing to the customers.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Form proposals based on customer requested specifications, preparing formal quotations, follow up quotations, monitor project status Provide quotes, follow ups and excellent customer service to clientsCoordinate with the project estimator to obtain cost of materials, outside services, labor, and material (inventoried) costsGenerate professional presentation of proposal, with clear specifications and relevant technical detailsMaximize the hit ratio of closing orders, assess the impact of pricing, delivery and capabilitiesProvide details to outside Sales Representatives to assist the outside sales processShare relevant competitive information to management and or the outside Sales RepresentativesPerform quality after sale service to gather specific order information to provide to Sales Coordinator, confirm delivery dates, and provide scheduling updates as requiredProspect new and stale accountsUpdate CRM with customer contact and relevant information

OUR OFFER

Salary: $60,000-$70,000 based on experience Benefits after 3 months of service2 weeks paid vacationSchedule - Monday to FridayWeekly pay every Thursday by direct deposit

OUR REQUIREMENTS

3-5 years in a similar Inside Sales role or Project Management expertiseExposure to technical products and technical salesAbility to perform basic math including calculations of marginStrong telephone presentation skillsExcellent communication skillsMay require occasional travel to various trade showsThis is a work from office position
