Responsibilities Provide customer service and support to dealers addressing needs and requests in a professional and positive manner. Communicate with Outside Reps on a daily cadence provide territory updates and work collaboratively to ensure that all dealer needs are met. Proactively review open order and exception reports. Ensure smooth shipping and effective delivery of LTP products and services. Work with outside reps to drive business in your territory. Communicate with the Sales Reps to ensure orders are submitted and shipped on time to meet all order entry deadlines and shipping windows as outlined. Enter and process return authorization requests for dealers and sales reps. Provide special events and technical support where needed.
