Inside Sales Representative

As an Inside Sales Representative, you’ll serve as the liaison between outside sales, partners within the organization, and existing customers. You'll be responsible for managing customer orders, communicating with customers regarding out-of-stock and substitution options, strengthening customer relationships, utilizing e-commerce technologies, scheduling exception deliveries, determining credits for customers when appropriate, and more! As part of a selling team, you'll help them to achieve their goals and, in return, yours!

High school diploma or equivalent required

Two years of previous customer service, sales experience or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience

Quick learner

Embraces technology

Outstanding written and verbal communication

Prior work with SAP applications is a bonus
