Report directly to the Sales Manager and work with field sales.  All duties assigned by the manager are to be performed in a safe and efficient manner.

Responsibilities Complete order entry, price and delivery quotationsSchedule coordination & Production reconciliationOrder expediting, material availability, backlog and VMI administrationPerform telephone sales and solicitation/ telemarketingComplete pricing administration, pre-audit, claim and credit administrationCoordinate with entire sales group, production groups and shippingCommunicate and coordinate all company policiesAll customer service related duties

 

Qualifications Demonstrated use of interpersonal skillsDedicationCareer minded, goal oriented team player with strong computer skillsCompetent literacy and strong telephone skillsFour-year College degree
