As an inside sales representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales over the phone, in-person or online. You will also be in charge of maintaining and nurturing customer relationships, as well as providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities: Identify and contact potential customers through cold calling, email marketing, social media, and referrals. Understand customer needs and pain points, and offer solutions that match their requirements and budget. Follow up with prospects and customers throughout the sales cycle, and handle objections and rejections. Track and update sales activities and pipeline using CRM software and other tools. Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs. Collaborate with sales managers, marketing team, and other departments to provide feedback and insights. Stay updated on product features, industry trends, and market competition. Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills. Proficient in MS Office, CRM software, and web conferencing platforms. Knowledge of sales techniques, processes, and methodologies. Fluent in English and Hindi. Job Function Field Sales
