Inside Sales Representative

The Inside Sales Rep is responsible for managing an assigned group of existing and new customers. The Inside Sales Rep will introduce, promote and sell RB Global platforms, services and programs to current and future customers through prospecting, cold calling and account maintenance activities. The Inside Sales Rep will also identify and develop new opportunities, as well as manage day to day transactions with assigned existing accounts across all channels and platforms. The Inside Sales Rep will generate demand and manage accounts primarily via phone call meetings and outbound emails. Inside Sales Rep will be assigned accounts based on the account’s annual potential under 100K. 

Inside sales experience in KPI sales environment.Equipment Industry or Construction Equipment experience is preferred.Knowledge and experience with CRM preferably Salesforce.Hybrid work arrangement – Min 3 days in the office. College Diploma in sales or business is an asset. 

 

Introduce, promote and sell RB Global platforms, services and programs to current and future customers through prospecting, cold calling and account maintenance activitiesEncourage potential buyers and sellers to come out to our auctions, and/or participate in our online auctionsAssess your customers’ needs and provide sales solutions based on our service offerings to help transact items using RB Global solutionsMonitor the market and your competitors' services, prices, auctions and salesDevelop assigned territory by leveraging playbook and delivering a high volume of outreach to your assigned playbook of Customers.Maintain an accurate pipeline within the CRM tool (Salesforce)Achieve quarterly and annual production and performance targetsSupport existing relationships with customers to continue the sales growth by ensuring proper execution of sale through coordination with "Win Team" to fully service accounts, including sales support, operations, administrative, valuations, and field marketingPerform other duties as assignedConduct high levels of customer outreach within an inside sales environment.
