We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Inside Sales Representative to join our healthcare technology company. In this role, you will provide essential support to 14 Sales Vice Presidents (VPs) by driving sales activities, generating leads, and assisting in closing deals. Your focus will be on promoting our innovative healthcare technology solutions to hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare organizations. What You’ll Do Collaborate with Sales VPs to develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth. Conduct outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach, to generate a consistent pipeline of qualified leads. Qualify leads by understanding customer needs, pain points, and decision-making processes, and effectively communicate the value proposition of our healthcare technology solutions. Understand product demonstrations and deliver persuasive introductions to showcase the benefits and features of our products to potential clients. May Collaborate with Sales VPs to prepare and deliver proposals, quotes, and contract negotiations to close deals and secure new business opportunities. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and deal status in the CRM system. Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining strong relationships with prospects and clients. Stay up to date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to the Sales VPs and contribute to ongoing sales strategies. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop sales collateral, case studies, and other materials to support the sales process. Participate in regular sales meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities to enhance product knowledge and sales skills. What We’re Looking For Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Proven inside sales experience in the healthcare technology industry or a similar field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with clients. Strong persuasive and negotiation skills to effectively close deals and achieve sales targets. Self-motivated and target-driven, with a demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency with sales technology solutions and CRM systems with experience in maintaining accurate sales records. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions. Knowledge of healthcare industry trends, regulations, and competitive landscape is highly desirable. Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, evolving environment and handle multiple priorities simultaneously. Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings, industry events, and conferences.Pursuant to various state Fair Pay Acts, below is a summary of compensation elements for this role at the company.
