Key Responsibilities:
Engage small quantity leads to grow new buyers and retain and grow existing buyers.Receive inbound and proactively make outbound calls to promote the company products and services, selling the benefits to existing and prospective customers and closing deals where appropriate.Sell GFL services to Small Business customers under $15,000.Qualify for larger opportunities and identify leads to be transitioned to TSR.Identify prospects and prospect sectors and develop those into a successful sales strategy.Effectively qualifies clients through use of value-based and consultative selling methods. Ensure that the sales tracker is kept up to date and used effectively to drive sales performance.Achievement of all Key Performance Indicators on a weekly basis including achievement of company Develop and manage established KPI’s for the customer service team. KPI’s are included but not limited.Number of new customersRevenue target
