About the role: Inside Sales Representative
Responsibilities:
Drive new business acquisition and revenue growth by selling industrial equipment, services, and add-on solutions Collaborate closely with the Regional Sales Manager to develop and execute strategic sales plans. Identify and cultivate relationships with prospective clients through effective networking and outreach efforts. Conduct thorough needs assessments and present tailored solutions to meet customer requirements. Actively sell to existing and new customers within your region Requirements:
1+ years of proven experience in business development with a track record of exceeding sales targets. Strong understanding of the sales process, from prospecting to closing. Previous experience in a related industry is preferred, with familiarity in managing deal sizes ranging from $4,000 to $40,000. Demonstrated ability to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities, with a proactive and results-driven approach. Comfortable working autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
