Location Requirements: This role is Hybrid to our Wayne, PA office

Your role on the team:

We have an exciting opportunity for an Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team! Reporting to the Inside Sales Manager, the Inside Sales Representative oversees the positioning of Frontline’s solutions and services to prospective K-12 school districts. To be successful, you must become comfortable partnering with School Districts and School Boards to influence the buying decision process.

You can expect to: 

Win new clients and sell additional solutions to existing clients in your designated, established territory.   Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to close.   Follow up on leads provided to you via Frontline’s award-winning marketing and sales development teams.   Prospect daily to generate your own leads and build pipeline.   Provide accurate sales forecasts.   Leverage company CRM (Salesforce.com)  Exceed your assigned quota.  

What you bring to the role:  

Self-motivated and driven.   High-activity salesperson that understands the direct connection between activity and success   Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills as well as solid writing skills Detail-oriented and able to manage numerous sales at once involving multiple buying personas  Naturally upbeat and optimistic demeanor  Eagerness for coaching and development Experience in a technology environment is a plus

This role requires:  

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience 1 - 2 years of sales experience with a history of sales achievement and exceeding quota  Experience with closing Familiarity with web-based applications and programs to effectively manage pipeline in the CRM tool Energetic high performer who can meet deadlines, work independently, take initiative, and follow through with requests
