Inside Sales Representative

As an **Inside Sales Specialist** , you will be responsible for creating quotes for clients, supporting the sales team in finding new leads and prospects, making outbound sales calls, monitoring and updating the sales pipeline, and overseeing the maintenance/repairs/operations pipeline. You will also work closely with the outside sales representatives and the client service team to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty:
1. **Responsibilities** :
+ Create quotes for clients based on their needs and specifications
+ Support the sales team in finding new leads and prospects through research, referrals, and networking
+ Make outbound sales calls to potential and existing clients to generate sales opportunities and follow up on inquiries
+ Monitor and update the sales pipeline to ensure accurate forecasting and reporting
+ Oversee the maintenance/repairs/operations pipeline and coordinate with the service team to ensure timely and quality service delivery
+ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and provide excellent client service
+ Collaborate with the outside sales representatives and the client service team to ensure a smooth sales process and client satisfaction
+ Stay updated on the latest products, services, and industry trends
+ Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
+ And other related duties as required from time to time
**Qualification and job requirements**
+ High school diploma or equivalent
+ Minimum of 2 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in a B2B environment
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
+ Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
+ Strong client service and problem-solving skills
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
+ Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
+ Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven
+ Knowledge of the maintenance/repairs/operations industry is a plus

The salary range for this sales position (inclusive of sales incentives/commissions in local currency) is 69,700.00 - 129,400.00
