Inside Sales Representative

Our client, a national distributor of solar electric products and batteries is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join their growing team in Calgary.

Essential Functions:

Assist Outside Sales Representatives in day-to-day tasks. Answer phones and handle customer inquiries. Point of contact for any walk-in customers. Enter sales orders and quotes into the computer system. Work with the warehouse and drivers to ensure timely delivery of orders to customers.

Unique Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Inside Sales, Order Desk, or Customer Service experience within a wholesale distribution environment is preferred. Hospitality and Retail experience will be considered. Post Secondary Education is an asset. Must be computer literate and knowledge of any ERP system would be an asset. High level of commitment to exceptional customer service. Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with customers and coworkers. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and friendly demeanor. Demonstrate initiative and the ability to work in a collaborative team-based environment. Highly organized in prioritizing work and multi-tasking. Strong problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.

Remuneration:

Remuneration for this for consists of a base salary of 55-60K, plus bonus, a great benefit package, RSP matching and growth opportunities!
