**Position:** Inside Sales Representative **Job Description:** **What You'll Be Doing** • Provide expert customer service and sales support, resolve complex issues, interface with customers, and recommend solutions to the sales team. • Oversee the Order-to-Invoice process, including order entry, value-added follow-ups, NCNR setup, MyArrow accounts, and contract pricing maintenance. • Support demand and quality processes, handle escalations, manage reports, oversee inventory sweeps, contracts, RMAs, and resolve post-delivery issues. • Assist with Quote-to-Order tasks, including loading SDT quotes, forwarding to the Quote Center, updating extensions, ordering samples, and coordinating contracts. **What We Are Looking For** • At least 3 to 5 years experience in electronics industry • Detail orientated with can do attitude **What's In It For You** At Arrow, we recognize that financial rewards and great benefits are important aspects of an ideal job.
