Job Description
Respond to requests from customers for information.Communicate with vendors as needed to gather costs for services needed to complete the maintenance being quoted.Responsible for estimating/quoting service-related repairs identified by technicians or customers.Recording all repair proposals in Smartsheet/CRM for follow-up trackingFollow up on previously quoted Service-related repair quotes that have not yet been approvedResponsible for performing renewals of any designated planned maintenance agreements.Assist with preparation of agreement proposals, letters and marketing materials.Assist Account Managers with Planned Maintenance job site surveys as requiredJob set-up and coordination. Including ordering crane rentals, lifts, coordination of trucking, ordering parts, if necessary, etc.Provide account management support for Account Managers.Handle inbound phone calls and emails from prospective or current customers.Complete service order requests.Provide follow-up to marketing initiatives such as direct mail, email campaigns, ads, etc.Report all findings, customer opinions, pictures, and results to company leadership.Participate in department meetings as requested.Essential SkillsHigh School Diploma or equivalent 2+ years of prior Inside Sales experience comfortable with inbound and outbound calls Strong computer skills required.HVAC experience
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00
