As an Inside Sales Representative (Family Advisor) at Caring, you can expect:
Sales Process:
Guide families through the search process, providing strong post-referral follow-up, emphasis on the value of partnering with Caring. Understand partner community offerings within our database, resident requirements, and the unique benefits of senior living options. Active listening and attention to verbal cues. Engage in effective probing and ask insightful questions to provide targeted solutions
Meeting Sales Performance Expectations:
Maintain consistent performance metrics based on predefined benchmarks. Consistently meet and exceed sales quotas. Balance adding new volume to pipeline while converting existing pipeline Accurately manage the lead pipeline within the CRM.
Caring Brand Ambassador:
Deliver mission-driven value to consumers and communities generating positive experiences
Ideal Family Advisors will have:
Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills. Comfortable following scripted communication on the phone. Thrives in a closely monitored and structured environment. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Thrives in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Previous experience meeting quotas in a metrics-driven environment, preferably via telephone sales. The ability to handle emotionally charged calls effectively. Able to consistently work a predetermined 40-hour/week schedule, including weekends and some holidays.
Required Skills and Competencies:
Computer Proficiency:
MacOS proficiency is not required but is strongly encouraged. High computer literacy, including proficiency in Word and Excel, and ability to navigate a multi-monitor workstation with ease. Strong typing skills. Activity Expectations: Telecommute Position/Home Office Requirements: Full-time position with regular evenings and weekends required. Structured, pre-scheduled training attendance is mandatory. Advisors must have a designated home office space with privacy during working hours. A High-speed, hard-wired internet connection is required. Daily schedule management free from distractions and interruptions. Taking care of children or pets is not permissible during work hours.
