A key part of Lenovo’s growth strategy is to focus on developing strategic Partnerships with Resellers within the IT Channel. Using your passion for IT solutions and the training we provide you will be a significant part of this strategy. Working as Inside Sales Representative you will have daily communication with C-level executives from your aligned Business Partners, which makes the position perfect for building a good network and advancing your career.
These would be your daily responsibilities:
• You will manage a territory of existing Lenovo Resellers, with a view to drive increased engagement + improve Lenovo’s share of business within the defined territory.
• You proactively engage with and develop close working relationships with Lenovo Resellers to maximize sales.
• You understand Lenovo’s tools and incentives; maximize partners use of them for mutual advantage.
• You collaborate with Sales Team in demand generation and marketing activities.
• You will effectively Joint Plan with Lenovo Resellers to encourage a systematic approach to driving joint initiatives with your Partner base.
• You provide weekly and quarterly account status reporting, quarterly performance reporting, forecasting and business planning vs target.
Organization
You will report to the Channel Sales Manager, supporting Gold + Silver partners. You will participate in weekly collaborative planning calls and meetings.
This is a hybrid position with 3/2 days in the office per week. The position we offer has a maternity cover contract.
What is required to be successful for this role:
* Resellers focused, proven ability to deliver exceptional solutions well beyond their expectations.
* Able to articulate Resellers needs, build strong, beneficial relationships.
* Proven negotiation skills in closing significant business
* Energetic, self-motivated, proactive and highly sales driven attitude with a strong ability to be persuasive and close deals.
* Structured with strong time management skills, able to work under pressure and quick to adapt to change.
* Works well in a team environment, strong team player with respect for the individual.
* It would be beneficial to have an understanding of Resellers, Distributors, vendors and the IT sector.
* Interest in technology.
