Inside Sales Representative
**Position:** Inside Sales Representative **Job Description:** **Summary** Arrow Electronics is looking for an experienced Inside Sales Representative! The ideal candidate would be very familiar product quoting and ordering process, supply chain and forecasting process and associated inventory management. Arrow or distribution business experience preferred. This candidate will be empowered to make business decisions within set guidelines to help improve profitability and meet or exceed financial goals directly affecting compensation plan. **What You'll Be Doing:** + Manage the overall account relationship by providing strategic service and support to assigned customer base. Working with internal and external resources, provide customer service often facilitating work of others in quoting, fulfilling demand, ensuring on-time delivery of orders, providing engineering support, and troubleshooting customer inquiries. Function as key liaison between suppliers and customers to build and establish long-term business partnerships for Arrow. + Provide oversight, training and escalation support to the ISR BPO team designated for Inside Sales. + Responsible for additional on-going Sales Support activities for the Order to Invoice process. Owns the customer interface for backend Quality processes: corrective actions, Field Quality Reports and Inventory integrity to minimize write offs/bill backs. Owns the customer interface for important Credit & Financial Information as well as coordination of all available resources and support functions. + As owner of the overall customer Quote to Order sales objectives, set strategy for the quote process, coordinate resources and processing of customer quotations (Quote Center, Quote Cover Sheet, PM Views, Management, FSR, Suppliers, Value Add, and SSG), validate EOL and item class change (NCNR), negotiate pricing and Quote mark up (owns strategy and application) and notify customer of all/any price increases. + Manage the overall account relationship by providing strategic service and support to assigned customer base. + Responsible for Sales Excellence through the development and management of selected outbound sales programs for selected product lines and services. + Working with internal and external resources, provide customer service often facilitating work of others in quoting, fulfilling demand, ensuring on-time delivery of orders and troubleshooting other customer issues. + Function as key liaison between suppliers and customers to build and establish long-term business partnerships for Arrow. + Collaborate and facilitate internal cross functional and external supplier personnel to achieve financial goals and customer support requirements. + Keep abreast of the industry, technologies, available products and services to ensure you are a trusted resource to prospects and customers. + This job profile requires the assignment and participation in a sales compensation plan. + A portion of OTE will be variable and tied to specific sales-related goals as set forth by Arrow. **What We Are Looking For:** + 4-year degree preferred and a minimum of 3 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience. + Strong supply chain and customer support experience required + Data analysis and process management expertise + Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, CRM and ERP system tools. + Ability to work in high-energy sales team environment as a team player + Positive and energetic communication and follow-up skills + Applicants must have a customer-centric focus, be detailed oriented + Goal driven, with the ability to drive results + Proven track record of strong work ethic and customer service + Adaptability, resourcefulness, problem solving and superior multi-tasking capabilities + Effective organizational and time management skills + Distribution experience + Industry experience + Market knowledge + At least one year of experience with Unity, Salesforce, PowerBi preferred + Understanding of Arrow processes preferred **What's In It For You:** At Arrow, we recognize that financial rewards and great benefits are important aspects of an ideal job.
