ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities :
Prospect, plan, qualify, develop, prove and close opportunitiesManage forecasts, close deals, and track customer data using standard customer relationship management (CRM) toolsMeets monthly and quarterly revenue and bookings commitmentsCoordinates activities with clients and strategic partners to further establish Axway’s penetration within the existing customer base.Be the customer’s advocateEstablishes strong relationships with key executives at strategic accountsGet access to power on the business and IT sidesDetermines the sales approach to sell complex IT solutionsCreates and implements a Territory Development PlanWork in collaboration with AEForecastDeveloping a strong customer satisfaction cultureArticulate value proposition and understand the power map on each opportunity QualificationsQualifications:
Proven track record of sales successes in a software company is a plusThe candidate’s profile should include more specifically “hunting” sales skillsAbility to create and execute complex sales strategiesStrong interpersonal communication (written and oral) and presentation skills are required. The candidate understands he/she is part of team who share the same goals and ambitionPossesses an acute sense of urgencyIntellectually curiousAbility to travel as requiredExcellent organizational and time management skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills both in French and EnglishExperience using customer relationship management (CRM) tools like Salesforce.com (SFDC)Must have a relevant university degree in business, sales, or marketing. Advanced degree in business management or marketing desirable.Good English language skillsExcellent communication skills (oral & written)Capacity for teamwork and to inspire positive behaviors
