Inside Sales Representative
Purpose of the Job: Lead the Sales Support function for Black Box’s Products division (TPS) for the Australia and New Zealand (ANZ) market to help achieve the division target objectives, including revenue and gross margin. The TPS (Technology Product Solutions) division at Black Box sells products into target market segments (primarily KVM, Audio Visual, Networking, Infrastructure, and IoT Solutions) around the world. Primarily Roles & Responsibilities: We are looking for a Sales support specialist to join our team. You will provide support to sales leadership in Australia and respond to customer and prospect queries. Our ideal candidate is professional with knowledge of sales and customer service best practices. You should also be able to interpret sales metrics and be goal-oriented. We expect you to perform well in a team environment and have exceptional people skills. You should be able to contribute to creating and maintaining good customer relationships and ensuring smooth sales team operations. Location: Sydney Australia Responsibilities + This position defined as an Inside Sales role. + Provide support to sales leadership in Australia and respond to customer and prospect queries. + Provide troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account status and related items. + Handling phone calls from customers. Answering emails, creating quotes, coordinating the sales process, handling the POS in SAP. + Manage sales tracking tools and report on important information. + Liaise with account managers to provide input to develop specific sales strategies. + Review pending orders and specific customers’ requests to ensure excellent customer experience + Help with trade shows and related marketing events. Requirements + 3 + years’ experience of work experience as a Sales support specialist/Sales support associate/ and/or Lead Generation/Sales Operation/Inside Sales representative. + Hands on experience with ERP and CRM systems such as SAP and Sales Force. + Some experience in handling customer enquiries, quotation and quotation perspective and liaison with back-end operations + Contribute to the sales order and revenue e achievement under direction of ANZ Sales Manager. + Experience with MS Office Suite. + Excellent English communication skills – both written and verbal. + Not necessary but a “nice to have”: Prior experience in and knowledge of IT industry and/or AV industry.
