If you are passionate about customer service and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we invite you to apply and help us succeed in delivering world-class service to our customers. **In this role you will:** + Register and follow up on customer requests within SLA in our CRM system, including RFQs, RFIs, and OEWs, for further processing. + Provide prompt commercial and technical advice via email, phone, live chat, and instant messaging for inquiries. + Prepare and follow up on customized quotations in line with guidelines. + Offer standard price and delivery information to customers. + Process and manage incoming orders in collaboration with stakeholders to ensure top-notch customer service. + Handle modifications to customer orders and address supply chain and order progress issues. + Communicate order and delivery status to customers and support them with supply chain concerns. + Resolve customer complaints and manage return requests in accordance with guidelines and agreements. **Your background:** + Previous experience within customer service. Relevant administrative experience, organizational skills & accountability to the customer. + Demonstrable practical knowledge of SAP (CRM/SD). + Familiarity with MS Office applications. + Fundamental product and application knowledge – Interpretation of type of keys, pumping spare parts, distinguishing kits from engines, determining where the product is built. + Good communication and networking skills along with the ability to build strong trusts with both internal and external stakeholders. + Excellently written and spoken English and Dutch language knowledge.
