We are looking for our new colleague as a **Inside Sales Representative** in Almere!
Join our dynamic sales team and be a part of delivering exceptional customer service through various channels, including phone, email, live chat, and instant messaging. As a vital member of our team, you will play a key role in providing initial solutions to customer inquiries, based on predefined Group Guidelines, and determining the next steps for business transactions through established processes. Your dedication will contribute to timely and effective quotes, while also offering technical advice and support to both customers and our sales teams. **In this role you will:**
+ Register and follow up on customer requests within SLA in our CRM system, including RFQs, RFIs, and OEWs, for further processing.
+ Provide prompt commercial and technical advice via email, phone, live chat, and instant messaging for inquiries.
+ Prepare and follow up on customized quotations in line with guidelines.
+ Offer standard price and delivery information to customers.
+ Process and manage incoming orders in collaboration with stakeholders to ensure top-notch customer service.
+ Handle modifications to customer orders and address supply chain and order progress issues.
+ Communicate order and delivery status to customers and support them with supply chain concerns.
+ Resolve customer complaints and manage return requests in accordance with guidelines and agreements.
**Your background:**
+ Previous experience within customer service. Relevant administrative experience, organizational skills & accountability to the customer.
+ Demonstrable practical knowledge of SAP (CRM/SD).
+ Familiarity with MS Office applications.
+ Fundamental product and application knowledge – Interpretation of type of keys, pumping spare parts, distinguishing kits from engines, determining where the product is built.
+ Good communication and networking skills along with the ability to build strong trusts with both internal and external stakeholders.
+ Excellently written and spoken English and Dutch language knowledge. French language knowledge is good to have.
