We have an opening for an experienced, innovative, strategic Inside Sales Representative (Remote Opportunity). This individual will support all inside sales representatives and management on attaining and surpassing quota by strategically working any given sales orientated task as directed by the Inside Sales Manager or Inside Sales Vice President. How will you make an impact? Sales reps manage the sales process from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals and ensuring customer satisfaction. They also maintain ongoing communication with existing clients, address any issues, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling. Success in this role typically requires strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, as well as a deep understanding of the product or service being offered. This is a remote role and priority will go to applicants that live on the West Coast, or work on PST. All candidates to be authorized to work for any employer in the United States. What you'll be doing: Attain and surpass sales goal with the proven ability to “advance” the sale and build customer relationships to maintain and expand market penetration. To assist in attaining and surpassing the Inside Sales goal with the Develop understanding and knowledge of McGraw-Hill Prek-12i Programs. Proficiently use and adapt to multiple software programs, platforms and devices. Develop and maintain customer profiles, build new contacts/customers, identify and influence customer needs. Communicating internally and externally to influence sales. Work remotely fulltime with up to 20-30% travel. Targeted customer outreach by phone and email to build and maintain pipeline. Create and execute marketing and strategic territory plans, with excellent organization and follow through. Prioritize customer base and ensure availability, visibility, and promotional activity with respect to the base. A successful candidate will have: Bachelor’s Degree preferred or experience. Education and or sales experience preferred. Microsoft software skills: Outlook and Power Point (basic), Word and Excel (intermediate). Able to lift and move up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis. Why work with us? The pay for this position is $40,000-$55,000 annually, however, base pay offered will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sales commission plan will be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical and/or other benefits, depending on the position offered.
