TalentWorld is hiring for Inside Sales Representative in Niagara, ON.
Inside Sales Responsibilities: Manage a portfolio of high-spending small to medium-sized business advertisers to grow revenue and increase product adoption. Conduct outbound calls and engage with clients via phone and email to assess product performance, provide insights, and optimize their advertisements. Identify sales opportunities and offer tailored solutions to meet clients' advertising goals, while personalizing recommendations based on vertical expertise. Build long-term relationships with clients by offering consultative sales strategies and optimizing their advertising efforts. Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to effectively position the company’s advertising solutions in the market. Provide triage support for client issues while maintaining strong relationships and ensuring clients’ needs are consistently met. Inside Sales Representative Qualifications: At least 2 years of sales experience in relationship sales, ad sales, or digital marketing. A minimum of 4 years of overall work experience in sales or related fields. Prior inside sales experience, with a focus on both outbound and inbound calling. Strong interest in expanding industry and vertical knowledge through training and certifications. Highly motivated, with excellent attention to detail and follow-through, contributing to a collaborative team environment. Exceptional communication skills, including listening, writing, and a solutions-focused mindset, with strong multitasking abilities across multiple programs.
