Our mission is simple: End Cyber Risk. We’re looking for an Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to be part of making that happen for a portion of our EMEA markets.

Position Overview and Objective

Are you looking for a dynamic and challenging role at an exciting start up helping to build a new sales organisation? The ISR will be responsible for new account acquisition by selling Arctic Wolf Endpoint suite (Aurora) through and with the Channel (Technology Partners/Resellers)
 

Responsibilities

Consistently achieve quarterly and annual sales quotas through a solid, measurable sales process while conducting detailed and professional sales campaigns.

Successfully develop, manage, and own multiple sales cycles including strategies, decision making, proposals, presentations, negotiations, and forecasts

Collaborate with internal lead generation working with Demand, Channel & Distribution resources to establish pipeline of business and expand opportunities within the territory.

Deliver high-level demonstrations to showcase the value of Aurora Endpoint Security

Identify net new prospects in assigned territory through discovery calls, regular partner meetings, events, partner registrations and personal prospecting.

Partner and strategise with channel partners in your assigned region to drive revenue growth for Endpoint Security to provide input for planning long and short-term business objectives.

Understand client business issues and needs to formulate recommended solutions that drive value for the customer

Be adaptable and creative in your approach to solve challenges as they arise and embrace the changing needs of the ISR role as the business evolves

Approach work with a growth mindset and stay positive in the face of change and ambiguity

Utilise Outreach, salesforce and other tools as part of your daily work

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions in salesforce

Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to provide informed insights to clients

Provide weekly performance updates on your business to your manager and key stakeholders.

Key Skills

Excellent listening and communication skills (written and verbal), and ability to communicate with diverse audiences, technical and non-technical

Emotional intelligence and awareness to build positive and productive cross functional relationships and partner relationships

Business acumen, and experience with implementing consultative sales techniques 

Creative thinker and can generate out-of-the box customer solutions to meet customer needs and revenue growth goals

Growth minded and ability to respond positively to change and in ambiguous, fast pace, challenging environments

Key Competencies

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree, or combination of education and relevant experience

1-3 years quota achievement in Sales, Partner Development or Customer Success roles

Must be fluent in English with fluency in either French or Spanish (speaking, reading, and writing). Bonus if fluent in Arabic, Italian and/or Polish.

Ability to communicate effectively and professionally in both languages

Has conducted business in any/some of the following: France, Spain, Italy, Poland, United Arab Emirates, Hungary

Experience and proven ability articulating the distinct aspects of products and services

CRM experience, Salesforce, or other applicable software platform

Self-motivated and driven for outstanding results with focus on quality and the customer

Commitment to your personal work product, sales development, and career

Ability to be flexible and work in a rapidly changing, fast-paced environment

Strong oral, written and social media communication skills

Excellent creative, multi-tasking, problem solving and organizational skills

The ability to work with a variety of internal groups

Solid technical aptitude & business acumen

Curious, positive, and aggressive attitude

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with selling or prospecting cybersecurity technology services or products

Experience with selling through channel partners and or distribution

SaaS product or software platform sales experience

High level of energy and enthusiasm, with a passion and commitment to provide quality customer service
