The Role
Looking for an opportunity where you can thrive and make a real impact? At Baxter, we are searching for an exceptionally driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This role is a key component in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You will play a fundamental role in driving sales success through effective communication and relationship-building.
Reporting to the Network Sales Manager, you will work across Baxter's extensive product portfolio covering pharmaceuticals, medical devices and capital, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales via virtual, phone and email sales.

While our preference is for the candidate to be based in NSW, we will be open to candidates based in VIC or QLD.
Responsibilities
Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
Understand customer needs and requirements to provide tailored solutions
Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate account managers for further development and closure
Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest in our products
Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory/accounts
Team with channel partners to build pipelines and close deals
Perform effective online demos and presentations to prospects
Maintain customer interactions in BOOST/SFDC CRM.
Requirements
Tertiary degree in Business/Management/Science or related fields
1-2 years of customer service experience in the medical industry is highly regarded
Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is good to have
Understanding of hospital procurement pathways is gopod to have
Strong phone presence and experience with high call volumes
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong listening and presentation abilities
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
