This is a Hybrid role working 2 days in office. **Work You'll Do:** Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: + Provides customer services relating to sales, promotions, installations, communications, billing inquiries, service requests, suggestions and complaints + Ensures that good customer relations are maintained and customer claims and complaints are resolved fairly and in accordance with the consumer laws + Provides product and service information to customers and identifies upselling opportunities. + Processes customer orders, bills and accounts, and applications for service, maintenance and termination. **Basic Qualifications:** + Intermediate experience and skills using Microsoft Office + At least 1 year of sales experience (preferably in an industrial environment) + Must have working knowledge of CRM systems + Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment + High School Diploma or equivalent + Must have strong technical skills **Preferred Qualifications:** + Great collaborator + Detail oriented, effective organization and planning + Ability to time manage to meet deadlines + Use judgement and independent thinking + Strong written and verbal communication skills + Experience in Technical Sales or Technical Customer service **\#LI-JW1** **Who we are:** Coperion is an industry leader in compounding and extrusion, feeding and weighing, bulk material handling and service, bringing a wealth of know-how and experience to the market.
