Element has an opportunity for a Inside Sales Representative (B2B) at our Wimborne facility. For this role, you will be primarily responsible for handling requests for quotes from our customers; following up on quotations, targeting new prospects, and expanding business with dormant and existing customers. Responsibilities Qualify opportunities from the inbound team / specialistsDevelop and target new business prospectsExpand business with dormant and existing accountsFollow up in a timely manner on quotationsProactively engage with customers using phone, email and TEAMSIdentify current and future customer service requirements Manage relationships and utilise technical support Actively utilize CRM to record activities, ensuring contact details are accurate, duplicates are removed, new information is added and accurate call / visit logs are enteredAchieve activity goals by converting and penetrating accountsBuild and maintain a working knowledge of Element’s service offerings Skills / Qualifications Sales and business development experience ideally within a technical / engineering environment Experience of using MS Office Ability to read and interpret documents such as customer quotes / contracts, marketing materialsWell-developed oral and written communication skillsSolve practical customer problemsCan remain calm when faced with pressure Ability to interface with clients, win new work and determine their requirements
